At Add Living Constructions, we build more than structures—we build spaces you can expand your life into. Based In Victor Harbor, we cover the Fleurieu Peninsula, Lakes district, Adelaide and Hills and are happy to travel if required.

Wherever possible we strive to reduce our environmental impact by reusing or recycling materials and minimizing our landfill impact.

The Team is led by Dave Elliott who began his work life at 15, working in a local caravan Park with the Master Builder owners while being exposed to caravan maintenance and building construction. With a three year stint as the maintenance officer in a local Nursing home and many years of Handyman/ contractor work with a diverse range of experiences, he brings a maintenance insight to construction projects.

We offer a full range of sheds, carports, verandahs, decking and patios, to add space to your living. We also offer fencing, guttering (replacement or repairs), as well as renovations, maintenance and repairs to your home. We specialist in dealing with water damage, rust and rot.

We provide an extensive range of sheds, carports, verandahs and deck solutions for both commercial and domestic environments.

Fencing

We can supply and install a new fence, or repair and replace an existing fence, using materials that best suit your requirements.

Guttering and Downpipes

We've all seen the damage that an incorrectly installed gutter can cause. It's important to make sure that your gutters are wokring properly, and free from rust or leaks. We can supply and install new gutters, or just patch and repair your existing gutters.

Maintenance and Repairs

Whether you have a window that won't open, or a door that won't close, or maybe something more serious, we can help! Being based on the coast, we specialise in repairing the damage caused by water ingress, or salt damage, including rotting timber, and rusting metal.

Renovations

Sometimes you just need to renew and replace what's already there. At Add Living Constructions, we can help you with your renovation visions. Whether it's just replacing some benchtops and freshening up the paint, or a complete overhaul, we can help.
